Registration for 2009 Recertification Seminars

To register for one of the seminars, print this page and fill out the registration form below. Mail it with a check payable to A & H Services L.L.C. in the appropriate amount. Please send the form and the check so that they arrive 3 days prior to the seminar date. If the seminar is full, you will be notified by telephone, and we will return your application and check. Full-day seminars start at 9:00 am and are over by 4:00 pm. Half-day seminars start at 8:30 am and finish at 12:30 pm. Refunds of fees will be made up until 3 business days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be made on or after the seminar date. Questions regarding the content or recertification credits should be directed to Agronomy and Horticulture Services L.L.C. (910-313-6785).
